And I just asked myself like will I be able to keep the protagonist with such design to the very end? Well, no, and I believe it's for the better.
The whole point of facelessness was to give him some detail that regardless of his deeds will remind him that he will never be like them. Yet, the very dark inhuman design is enough. And enough for me to endure it without kissing, I really want some proper kissing scenes, an act of freeing from a blinding hunger for an actual love commitment.
So, the protagonist is more handsome now.
