I got a bit backed up the last couple days, so sorry for the delay. The solo is mostly chord tone and pentatonic scale based. I also posted the backing track so you can jam along. Enjoy!

This is one of the backing tracks we did for my Truefire course which will be out in a few months. I'll be posting more of these tracks here first for all you guys. Enjoy!

2021-06-02 16:13:01 +0000 UTC View PostThis progression has a few interesting twists. There's a minor '2-5-1' to get to C#min followed by a major '2-5-1' to get to Amaj7. I'll be putting up a lesson all about 2-5-1's really soon! This one also repeats a few times before hitting the ending (Cmaj7,B).

2021-05-04 19:33:30 +0000 UTC View PostHere's the tabs for the diminished examples I played in the lesson video. The chords just go back and forth between A7 and D7 and every time I use a diminished 7th arpeggio over the A7 and then resolve to a chord tone of D7. Enjoy!

I played a solo over this track on my Instagram post from March 25th. I have a chord chart for this track which I will post as well. Enjoy!
