well, the Femboy guards have to somehow make up for their small size! I could imagine that the Femboy guards were recruited from the more battle-hardened prisoners (maybe former police or military), and now they have to get to handle the prisoners hard, if they don't want to find themselves on the other side of the bars and in the crosshairs of the Futa guards!>:D
