I had something else planned for this and the following page, but it was a bit of a downer, and I needed this scene to come first. And is a better way of ending this batch of pages.
Likewise, I thought it would be fun to only hear Steph's half of the call.

Motherly spite moves. I remember at one point my grandmother vowed to not go to my cousin's wedding because she showed up late on Father's Day. (My grandmother went to the wedding)
