Please enjoy what is probably the best-looking RPG I've released through this Patreon to date, as I collaborated with an artist on it. Can't believe I didn't think of this before.

Sarah Gordon is the artist in question, and she specialises in upsetting intimacy, so when we had a chat about what we were going to do I continually veered towards some sort of game about getting over a breakup by doing horrible rabbit-bones and crow-blood magic.

Initially we toyed with the idea of a solo journaling game - they're all the rage at the moment - but it seemed a bit heavy, and instead we opted for something with a bit more bang to it. As such, in Heartswood you play different facets of a heartbroken woman and descend into a dream-realm to mend her broken heart after reclaiming it from a GOLEM at the centre.

It's still a little grim! Plus it has a fun stat system that I'm proud of. And it's looks amazing.
