2021-10-25 09:04:30 +0000 UTCI can't post a file here, but you can un-corrupt it by unzipping the file with 7-zip, rename the xml file to remove the "&", edit the container.xml file to get rid of the "&", zip it back up again and rename to .mxl. It seems that mxl doesn't like names containing "&".
