Added 2022-09-20 22:47:44 +0000 UTCExcited to draw a lil artist trading card to look how well the scan will look using my new scanner! And look, the watercolour coloration & paper is looking soo smooth π
I also added another scan from the previous card where I even used a less textured paper, but as you can see the structure is still quite visible. Even more, because these illustrations are actually drawn so tiny (they're so small like a PokΓ©mon card). With bigger drawings it's actually much less visible.
So yeah, I'm super happy that I finally invested in a new scanner, it's for me personally a small but really nice update (since my older scanner was already pretty great π). Btw my new one is the Epson V600 Photoscanner, and the old one the V370 version, to add more context haha
