2022-07-12 20:14:34 +0000 UTCHere's what I'm thinking.. Okay, so we know this season's Reggie didn't adopt the Umbrellas because he was unimpressed with them back in 1963, so he adopted the Sparrows. My guess is that he didn't end up adopting the Sparrows or any group of children because they could never accomplish what he wanted. So he just took his smarts elsewhere.
