I got hired to help out with a project, and the first two weeks are going to be the busiest ones. So I will not be able to do new renders for the first half of the month, and I will post a few renders on the last two months. After that, I'm resuming as normal.

Game Dev: Fly drone spawner

To spice up the fly drones, I programmed a spawner.

The spawner purpose is to populate the level with enemies: keep areas busy at all times, add traps, combat elements and so on.

Game Dev: Updated some sounds

While I'm working on a few more animations, I added sounds to level elements. Things that now have audio:

  • Doors and hatches.

  • Propulsors.

  • Shredders.

  • Sawblades.

I made all these noises out of stuff from the backyard: a hand-made grill, two different drills and an angle grin...

Updates on the tiers: High level? access to lower levels!

So, big dumb oversight here: Letting people on higher tiers get access to anything lower is way of a better deal, so...

If you set to a high enough tier, you will have access to all lower tiers on the list. As I said, I'm looking to add more tiers, so this is the system that I'm applying for now on.
