On the subject of the work-from-home decision, in any situation like this, I humorously imagine a bunch of bratty kids being rowdy in a basement. Then, one of them takes it too far, the adults come down from upstairs to yell at them and send them all home, and that one kid is the asshole for weeks. I hope that translates to corporate execs from different companies after things like this happen, and setting precedent for regulation.
