I reviewed Ghost Of Yōtei, probably the richest and tastiest "AAA" action game I've played in a very long time. A great revenge story with a toybox of a combat system, it's got some design issues but it's bloody grand.

I wrote an absurdly in-depth review of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. It's honestly one of the nicest feeling arcade racers I've played, really fluid and smooth. Also you can be an Egg Pawn in it, which is great.

I reviewed Dying Light: The Beast, and it's a pretty good game. I've been a fairly strong critic of the series despite it fascinating me in its own weird way, and I'm glad I can say they did a solid job on this one, albeit with some long-running flaws.

I reviewed Borderlands 4 and it's fine. More of the same with some improvements. Oh, and an obscene number of truly awful fetch quests, a mediocre grappling hook pushed like the second coming, and SO many technical difficulties.

I reviewed Cronos: The New Dawn, and I can't believe I'm saying this but Bloober Team hit it out of the fucking park! A survival horror that expertly toys with its players, plus an intriguing story and plenty of squick. Bloober's best work by miles.

I reviewed Shinobi: Art of Vengeance. Watertight controls, solid platforming, terrific combat. It can get a bit fatiguing, but overall it's lovely to see Shinobi back on top.
