If you are curious about what happened, I somehow managed to not see an obvious difference in background and lighting between 2 parts. This is what happens when you add/remove background parts in one blend file and forget to add/remove them from others. Because of that you should use an external blend file with environment and lighting, and link it to other blend files. Obviously, I didn't do that for this animation and got problems.
