No progress with the talks behind the scenes yet, however It looks like Sony Pictures may be bought by Apple...
This could mean the rights will revert back to Marvel.
It's only a short cameo where he tells her to run away. It's a deleted scene from Civil War they're using for Black Widow. So saying he's showing up is like saying he "showed up" in Far From Home.
