Place your NIFs into input then, Open FBXConverter.exe proceed to press any key and your newly created FBX files will be in output maintaining the original file structure as expected.

I have started fixing the Deadric Shrine Tileset "interiors" The Collisions have all been redone and the Materials are next. I may even redo the Normal Maps and apply Tyddys textures to really make them standout..
The first release will only include the interior, The exteriors will come shortly after.

3 Days in the making, I finally managed to finished all interior and exterior pieces of the Imperial Fort tileset. Imported them into 3ds Max 2017 and exported them with a much better collision and fixed a few UV Maps along the way, mainly on stair pieces.
