¿Question?
Added 2019-05-16 19:18:18 +0000 UTCSo a little while ago I Did this simple recolour of the dress that came with Strangerville:

(left the original EA swatch, right my recolour)
I love the dress but as usual EA refuses to give us simple solid swatches, so I made one for myself. I'm going to do a whole bunch of other swatches, probably the same palette I set up for my Aphrodite dress.
I would think there's at least one person who would also appreciate a basic solid swatch selection so I feel like I should share, BUT.... (here comes the dilemma/question):
So far I've not altered the mesh, which means I don't feel quite comfortable making the recolour BGC... It's not so much a moral objection as me just not wanting the mob to come after me hehe :'D SO, my options are: share it as a recolour only that requires SV, or, make an alteration to the mesh (for example make the skirt slightly shorter or longer).
I don't want to make huge changes as I really like the dress as is, and nothing that requires messing with the texture any more ideally. But the real question is how big does the change need to be to warrant base game compability?🤔
What do you think I should do? What would you guys want me to do?
Please leave a comment if you have an opinion, or send me a private message, either here or tumblr or where ever you can reach me. ALL opinions welcomed! You can do it on anon too if you're feeling shy, I won't publish any of the messages on tumblr or anything ^^
Much many thanks!

I love this recolor. If you wanted to change it to make it BGC, I could see it slightly shorter, not too much.
