Raycevick's Recommendations: The Sopranos

The Sopranos is easily one of the most finely crafted and (oddly) inspirational shows I've watched in some time. While growing up with the program as a kid and letting it teach me how to swear, the sheer amount of nuances in all of its subjects and characters is timeless.
The most impressive thing about the show though, is all of its amazing quality is done with means that anybody with any TV budget could accomplish, yet so rarely do. It's just a brilliant script with top tier actors supported by phenomenal editing and camera work.
Even if you're not into the gangster/crime genre, give it a watch. There's so much more to it than people getting whacked.

Greate Show, but I encourage you to check out The Wire which is even better.
