Girlification is in third place, a little above Ordinary Life and Fantasy (which got quite a bit of secondary votes).
I already have a few ideas for pictures revolving around this theme (shocking, I know) but don't hesitate to make your own suggestions for medical scenes in the comments below. I shall read all of them diligently.
