Was Goth girl in league with Mickey all along? Why'd he cut her Achilles then? Why can he teleport? Why the fake-out final girl when it's, again, heavily implied that Goth girl was the only survivor? If Mickey was just killing people for no reason, why'd he mess with the blonde that time? I think I'm having an aneurysm
