2023-08-06 13:52:27 +0000 UTCThe bit at the end about the nightingale.... "A Nightingale Sang in Berkley Square" is a famous song from the 1940s, which was playing at the end of the episode. Nightgales are birds known for their song, but are rural birds and so aren't likely to be found in London and AFAIK have not been seen in Berkley Square. Hence the joke about one actually singing in Berkley Square along with the other miraculous happenings at the end of the episode.
