2023-08-29 02:33:51 +0000 UTCFor those of us who saw John Ritter on Three's Company, this episode was about as cringe as it could be. Add in that he was a robot (robot episodes were a dime a dozen pre-Y2K and almost all were awful) and it was cringe-city. However, young Gen-X and Gen-Z have no clue who he is and tend to absolutely love this episode. I will admit I've come around to liking it once I taught myself to look past the actor.

2023-08-28 02:49:05 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed your take on this episode. To be honest, this is NOT one of my favorite episodes and I often skip it. I like how you can find the fun in every episode but won't hesitate to criticize where appropriate. It has taken a lot of viewings for me to really appreciate this episode. Seeing John Ritter as this character is disturbing. For a lot of years he was a regular on TV as a really nice fun guy and there is just enough of that character in his performance here to make this incredibly creepy and seem so horribly wrong. ๐ณ๐ฑ Yes, this one got really serious and it was just a monster of the week. ๐
