Fun Fact: The Vocah demons' name is the word havoc rearranged. This is the 100th episode of Buffy/Angel to be aired overall. When Wesley attempts to translate the prophecy, he cannot decide if the word Shanshu means to die or live. Therefore, the episode's title is a play on 'To Live and Die in L.A.' On the DVD commentary, David Greenwalt said the reason the writers had the offices blow up was because it was very cramped and there wasn't much room to film.

Two, the hair, lighting, makeup etc go a long way to changing her appearance. She always seems to look a little different every time we see her lol
