Buffy The Vampire Slayer 5x4

I'm so sorry this is so late! I totally forgot to put it, I even thought there was a bug in my computer with how much this never happened!

Hahahaha, I'm glad I wasn't alone in forgetting her name!

His "obsession" with Buffy probably started when he couldn't kill her right away. In Something Blue, he already loved her. In this episode, he just admitted it.

Someone said that Faith might have started Spike towards this when she was in the Bronze in Buffy's body and she teased him so hard. Spike came to Sunnydale because of his desire to kill Slayers. He wanted to kill Buffy and when he couldn't that obsession could have mutated into another kind of desire. Buffy went out of her way to assure Riley that she is committed to this relationship. However once again she didn't tell Riley what he needs to hear. That she loves him.

I swear that when you said you forgot her name, I thought "How could she forget... fuck... what's her name!?" I did remember it was Joyce faster than you though... while on pause. About Spike having a crush on Buffy: I think that's why he really stayed in Sunnydale despite him saying, even believing, that it's about the chip. About anxiety: Anyone reading this with anxiety issues should think about seeing a professional. I wish I had known that a long time ago, before my anxieties became a disability.

Fun Facts: Riley's belief that a normal guy was not enough for Buffy contrasts with Angel's point of view in The Prom (1999), when he broke up with her, claiming she deserved someone "normal." When Tara tells Willow that it would be cool to have a real psychic do readings at the magic box, she holds a stack of tarot cards. The card displayed to the audience is "The Tower," which stands for a radical shake-up of the querent's foundation—usually a living situation, romance, or career. Given the outcome of this episode, it's a fitting omen. "Fiat Lux," Willow says as she conjures the light, is Latin for "Let there be light." The show Spike was watching was "Dawson's Creek (1998–2003)" and he mentions "Pacey" who is played by "Joshua Jackson" who is "Peter Bishop" in Fringe (2008–2013).

Spike is still a vampire and vampires in this universe just take what they want, they don't have any consciousness or insecurities (good for them I guess). Remember how Spike wanted to win Drusilla back? He wanted to "abduct and torture her until she likes him again". Thats how vampires function and thats how they can love others. Interesting how that will work on Spike with the chip though.

Ah damn, well my dad tried. I’ll fix it when I’m back home! Thanks for the heads up
