New Game Update: Patch 1.116.240 – Mini Fix Patch (No Status Resets)
Added 2025-07-29 17:31:31 +0000 UTCNew Patch 1.116.240 (Patch Notes) is out! Don’t worry though, this patch that didn’t even disable mods.
There were also previous hot fix patches that were released on July 10th & 16th (just didn’t have time to announce those when they were released).
NOTE – Since this patch is still 1.116 and mods weren’t disabled, mod statuses will NOT reset. All mods previously listed as Compatible/Updated will remain the same.

The Mod List: SFW + NSFW Edition – Includes all mods from the SFW Only Edition plus 18+ mods. Therefore, you must be 18 or over to access. Sorting/Filtering available.
The Mod List: Patron Edition – The Mod List for Patrons only. Ad-Free. Includes SFW + NSFW mods (must be 18 or over to access). Additional filters including Mod Type (Aspirations, Careers, Traits, etc.) and Creator (select multiple creators to show only their mods).
Note – There is NO additional mod info/news included in the Patron Edition. See FAQs for more info.
