Info about latest release - Bugs, issues, and other problems

I decided to make this post to update everyone on what is going on. Besides the riots in America, I made a huge mistake by releasing the current version off the game in its current state. I will take full responsibility of it.
At first I thought it was just minor issues, then the reports started flooding in from all angles. The main problem was I broke the toilet scene, then I broke the city map, which is a shame since I updated the city map view. Their was also many other bugs to do with the new job.
This is all my fault. When I brought Hikiera on to the team as lead QA we both talked about a system and sticking to it. It has worked beautifully in the past months. Our system was simple. I worked on new content during the week, compiled a weekly build to which they would test the new content, we also have other testers which we use when I add a bunch of content.
So what went wrong? Simply put I jumped the gun. I have been working on getting this update out for a while. Instead of waiting for Hikiera to give me the okay to release it, I went above him and released the game in its current state. This should of never have happen if I stuck to the system that we built. So for that I failed.
Going forward the release date will always be the last Friday of the month. Now please keep in mind due to us living in two complete different part of the world our time is vastly different. So Release days could either be a Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Never longer than that. I will also NOT release a copy of the game till Hikiera gives me the go-a-head. I've learned my lesson and I am ashamed and embarrassed that I released the game in this site.
I have been working on a minor update to fix the bugs. Instead of releasing a version with minor fixes we have decided to use this whole week to fix as much things as we can and release an updated version on Friday. This version WILL BE BUG FREE. I will stay up all night to get all the bugs squashed.
