I can absolutely help you with this. It would be helpful to see what you are working with so far. Could you send some pics of your circuit setup to lofifuture@gmail.com and we can go from there

Hello Mr. Future, I've been at this build for about 3 weeks now and I'm still just getting those test color bars out of the circuit. I was able to access the menu on the gbs8100 once I discovered I needed to connect the sleeves of the inputs to ground. but I still can't see any menu on the composite to vga. The pots for the RGB dont seem to do anything also. I used the same type of switch I used for a dirty mixer, so I'm looking into switch that for a spdt switch. Any of your insight would be a godsend! hah thank you!

that might possibly be only if voltage is scaled down to maximum 3.3v ,right?

Fernando Arevalo

Hi, is this still being updated? I was hoping to find information on how to setup CV control for RGB. So far I can think of a solution using an op amp.

The 5th input is connected to one pin of all 4 buttons (all connected together in a common bus) I like to do it this way so you can have 4 effect buttons that can have many different variations depending on where you connect the common bus.

This is awesome!!! I am curious, you have the 4 inputs above each push button and then there is a 5th centered between the 2nd and 3rd input, what is this 5th one connected to? In the video it looked like it wasn't wired to anything but it panned across too quickly for me to see.
