Added Props FIX

Lot of people have issues with added props not working because their Object Spawn Unlocker isn't being loaded (asiloader.log mentions "failed to load"), i downloaded the source of this plugin and simple rebuild it updating somethings related to windows package and now seems to be working, my "test guy" (NaWa) was having this issue and now it's working for him (almost all added props).

2022-03-11 22:23:05 +0000 UTCI have no idea how to Extract the file "ObjectSpawnUnlockNbuild.asi" to your main game folder, remove "gtamp-unlock-all-objects.asi" if it was installed. Make sure that Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019 x64 is installed: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

It would be awesome if the mod contained everting from the flash mod except for the animations, and adding the Sonic jumping home attack with the animations would be PERFECT!
