VID2AVATAR Installation (Read the DESCRIPTION)

Today I recorded the process to install the vid2avatar code.

This repository is very complex to make it work on a windows machine. and as my pc already have a lot of complicated tool installed, I went for a AWS EC2 G5 instance to record what would be a tutorial

But... I had lots of problems and couldnt make it work, and also got confused several times because, it really is a complicated task.

In the end the video I recorded dont show the vid2avatar working on the AWS EC2, but it was basically the process I've done to have it working on my PC.

That means, its probably usefull for other people that have difficulty compiling pytorch3d or compiling openpose from scratch with pybindings

Maybe following the staps I've done can work for you, I just cant say for sure.
