Because, if I'm remembering correctly, he never fully subscribed to the idea of "Humanity first, death to all aliens." He was more, "I conquered you. Now, we fight together under the same banner." Because that's how he did it on his home planet. He kills the enemy leader, puts their head on a pike, their people join the Khan, move on to the next group. There are 2 ways o see him coming back. He was captured and tortured for 10,000 years, and was merged with his bike to be like a transformer, or he has been recruiting Eldar who don't like humanity, but despise Chaos, and the Khan is a middle ground that doesn't care about their race, just their willingness to fight. Maybe he is a Champion for Cegorach, because isn't it just so funny that a hero of the Imperium is betraying everything they hold sacred to do his duty? Speaking of Cegorach, a theory I got from this video is that maybe he is trying to create a new faction of God's on par with Chaos. Before the War In Heaven, Chaos was just a little side area of the Warp, then after the Warp was pretty much all Chaos. Recently, we have been seeing some significantly powerful beings taking the stage and spitung chaos. Big E, with Guillemen in Nurgle's garden talking about how Will is the only real thing, and there is 1 will above all others. Cegorach, and his domain of being a dick, being kind of a perfect counter to every part of Chaos. Even Tzeentch isn't immune to this, because you could have a plan for this person, but it doesn't matter if the guy runs up, slaps a pie in you face, laughs and runs away. These two entities are pretty much designed to be the antithesis to Chaos and may even allow Malice to enter into the picture again. And if I had to think of a fourth to even the fields, maybe Trazyn, for his infinite knowledge, because in a galaxy where so much is lost, the one guy who wants to preserve everything also has a chance to ascend. That's the most unlikely, though, for various reasons, but still fun to think about. All of this is a really long way to say I want a White Scars episode, I would love an Eldar episode, and I want our Blue Boys up next. Ultra Smurfs over the Emo Lord's!

It's really amusing and their 40k videos can get your blood pumping with how well their descriptions are.
