Stay out of the House 0.7.4 + Christmas Massacre Flamethrower Demo
Added 2021-02-01 07:02:01 +0000 UTCDidn't make it all the way to 0.8 because the new features aren't ready but Stay out of the House production has been in full swing. Tons of bugs have been fixed. Please keep reporting bugs as they come up and they will be addressed in the next version. Mac version should be up tomorrow. SOOTH is also going to be part of the Steam festival this Wednesday. Look out for more details next week.
Here's what's new:
- Night Shift is now in the main build
- Updated to Unity 2020
- Optimizations. The game should run faster and the file size has been reduced
- Lots of bug fixes
- When you die, the killer now places your items in a closet on the main floor, rather than you dropping them in place. This will make retrieving them more convenient.
Also have a new Christmas Massacre demo up where you can play around with the flamethrower. There are actually 5 new levels coming (most of them are finished). Full game coming soon.
Also planning to have this mystery found footage game out in February..

2021-06-05 07:05:27 +0000 UTCBasically 0.7.x series kept getting fixes. We thought it was bug free after 0.7.91 and moved on with new features. Unfortunately it still had a few major bugs but because new features were already added and things changed, there couldn't be another update without them. I thought the best thing to do was to stick to 0.7.3 which is the most stable release and push on with 0.8 which will be out soon,

2021-02-03 05:39:25 +0000 UTCgoing from Nightshift and loading into the prologue, the sound cuts out after "9 days later" I reloaded Prologue from the menu, sound was back, but both times I cannot select the car door, as the text prompt does not show up, I loaded up .7.3 to make sure I could do it in the older version, I can. I cannot hit escape or select anything once I have the white dot curser. The only keys that work on the keyboard is the e and q lean. Mouse cannot select anything, have to alt f4. reproduced 3 times

2021-02-02 15:50:51 +0000 UTCAwesome! Haven't tried the SOOTH update yet but I had a couple small bugs on the Christmas Massacre Demo. At the beginning of the game the message about the flamethrower says Larry\You in the text. If you go to the pause menu sometimes the mouse cursor will stay on the screen afterwards while playing the game. Also once everyone is killed a message plays real fast then the game crashes, couldn't read the message since it was so quick. Love the flamethrower, excited for the rest of the levels! Will give SOOTH update a playthrough next.
