Chapter 31: A Sermon at Dawn

This is currently the longest chapter in the book at exactly 12000 words. I've considered breaking up the titular sermon into its own chapter at the section break (it would make it ~4.5k and ~7k words for the two resulting chapters). The main reason I haven't is that I don't know that the sermon would feel good on its own as a chapter. I feel like anything over 10k is too much for RR, with 7k being the sweet spot, but in this case I'm leaning towards leaving it as is.
This chapter has also gone through a lot of revisions, not all of which have been seen by beta readers, so you guys are getting first look at the final(?) version. Please let me know if you see any issues with it.
