Added 2022-11-29 16:31:42 +0000 UTCI haven't been able to talk to any representatives from youtube who can turn my comments back on or solve the problem, but it seems that the comments being turned off is a result of the copyright claims, strikes and community guidelines issues i have been having because of my content. As of now, they remain off.
