Need your help deciding

I am currently facing a bit of a predicament and could do with your advice to help me decide on my next course of action.
I've just released the Cynthia animation which I thought came out pretty well and I had some good feedback. I am working on the Komi Shuuko animation and I'm really really liking the way it's coming out, I can't wait to show you guys. I should be releasing work in progress images of it soon with a description of the animation etc.
I've effectively given myself a month to make nothing but the Komi animation and to be honest I'm really feeling the benefits of it and I think my work is too however the Komi animation (spicy tier) was voted for back at the start of September and will probably be released at the end of October. The Hilda animation (super spicy tier) is also still yet to complete and that was voted for at the same time. I'm aware this is a fair bit of time and I've fallen way behind. Truth be told I've been trying to raise the funds for VA's and SFX and have probably had too much on my plate which is my own fault so hence I'm playing catch up. it's basically putting me under a little stress. I have also received feedback that my animations aren't as accessible due to people wanting to subscribe but the majority of the current content is out of their price point which is a shame for potential subscribers who want to see my work.
With all of the above in mind I wanted to implement a couple of tier changes which I think will benefit me and the animations going forward however I wanted some general feedback before I made this change. My proposed changes are listed below:
I will change to 1 long monthly animation
Spicy tier will receive:
Access to all animations
Voting powers
Super spicy tier
Access to all animations
voting powers (can vote twice)
Work in progress updates
As it stands the release timeline will be:
October - Komi Shuuko
November - Hilda
December - (TBC)
Please drop your thoughts in the comments or message me privately. I'll be honest from my point of view I think this will just make things a lot easier and I'm edging more towards this plan but I don't want to make these changes without consulting my subscribers first :)

2023-10-09 06:19:06 +0000 UTCIf the animation will be as good as you say it's going then I don't mind the month wait. As for the tier change I feel the voting should remain be exclusive to the high tiers. People just want to see the animation at the lower tiers which of course includes WIP, also I would recommend maybe the lower tiers a larger water mark, and that is due to the real HIGH potential for leaks (unless you don't mind it happening), at least it can be used for bigger exposure when it releases outside of your official releases. If you wish to give more incentives to the lower tiers, how about taking their suggestions pick the ones that interest you and have the polls comprised of said suggestions.
