I tell me people they can only reach out to me on Signal or not at all. For the most part at least. And I don't have ant social media they could fall back to either.

The last time that I had friends on signal - they just thought that Signal is useless and got rid of it. And instead of them using a secure and encrypted platform, it was me who had to switch to using their mainstream chat applications. Such is the life in privacy. Rarely anyone cares to give it a try.
