Incredible insight. Normally the a bank would never allow an interview like this without someone of the public relations team present. Banks are more power institutions than technology/statistics institutions. I hope the guy will not get into trouble when this video gets public. Very interesting video though...

I cannot imagine one of the 'mainstream' banks giving this much detail about anything internal. I know they didn't sponsor the video, but I'm sure they will see some new clients because of this (I'd change banks, but I'm in the wrong country)
