2024-03-04 05:41:44 +0000 UTCI would add South Africa to the easy list. Not sure if you've been but it's obviously the most well developed by far, and pretty accessible especially if you rent a car. Plenty of dangerous parts but they can be avoided easily. Beautiful nature.

I rarely get back to "the Island" and always find the traffic and the incredible change to the business districts distracting. After my folks divorced, in the 70's, my pops got posted to Chad, Liberia and a few other tough posts (State Department) and did his last few years in Togo. Not too bad. Have you ever visited Senegal Tommy? I am curious and would like to go visit one day. Bordain made a visit, but he did not as in depth as you do. Cheers!
