Thought I was bluffing?

Someone appeared & took the new third slot right after I posted a sketch to the commission tier. I noticed that they hadn't filled in the NAME field of their mailing address. Maybe it's the same as their account name, but how many people actually do that? So, there's two suspicious things already (the timing and the incomplete address) that make me think "scambot."
Within two hours of them signing up I sent this "person" a message explaining how the commission tier works: You message me your idea, I get started on it, I post a progress sketch, I release the finished art after payment clears. You get a hi-res scan emailed to you, and the original paper sent in the mail (which is why I need your address.) Since you pledged mid-month you don't have to come up with an idea right away (but why would you pledge this amount if you didn't already have something in mind?) however I do need for you to reply to this message so I'll know you are a real person.
Two days; no response.
Saturday morning I sent another message explaining that if I didn't hear back by Monday I was going to block them. Well, it's Monday.
There is a commission slot open if anyone's interested.
