This audio recording instructs the listener to relax utilizing a specific breathing technique. As the listener relaxes, the breathing technique is drawn out for longer durations until the listener's breath is being controlled by the speaker. A second layer of overlapping hypnotic mantras with obedience and enjoy breath-play themes begins to play in the background.
