Binoculars
A fun new / nostalgic looking feature. Binoculars can be equipped to provide a visual zoom and range finder (meters). Since beta decay is low poly and pixelated by nature, binoculars are extremely beneficial to spot threats that may blend in at far distances.
AI Formation Logic and Positions.
The end goal is for players to command a crew and other individuals within their crew. Part of commanding includes various follow formations such as: Line, Column, and Vee. Currently AI Players will follow behind the player in a column formation.
Player Equipment Physics
All equipment and weapons that are visually attached to the player are attached by physics. Weapons, and backpacks will jiggle around during the movement. This puts some weight and realism on the player motion and gives a better feel.

This is a major gameplay component. There wont be traditional menus/ui for inventory. It will be a bit more interactive with physical objects attached to the body. (All ammo pouches, grenades, items, etc.)

2024-03-07 16:28:17 +0000 UTCAmazing, the binos here fit nicely into the aesthetic and along with the ai logic and environment the vid gives off huge S.T.A.L.K.E.R. vibes for me in contrast to more urban locations which is a really nice addition. Keep it up man, this is awesome!
