Only when the hype around something is REALLY big, does it actually reach me. Like Solo Leveling. - Artstyle seems pretty unique. - Takopi doesn't seem to know what depression is. Nor are they capable of recognising the causes. - Escorting? Are we talking THAT kind of escorting? - what the fuck did they do to the dog - I thought that Shizuka was going to be the main character here... - Or maybe she will? Right now my prediction is that this show is going to be a time loop where Tapoki tries (and fails) over and over again to keep Shizuka alive. - I took ONE encounter with Marina to completely break Takopi's innocence. - There is NO excuse for bullying. I don't care if you're being abused at home, that is not a justification to lash out at others in the same horrible manner. - The way I understand it is: Shizuka's mum works as an escort. And she is the one that Marina's dad goes to, thus cheating on Marina's mum, who in turn takes out her anger on Marina. Marina therefore blames Shizuka's mum, and by extension Shizuka herself, for her dad cheating and the domestic abuse she has to suffer as a result. - Yes, the mum probably lied to Shizuka about Chappy staying with the dad. - What. Did Takopi just fucking kill Marina? - Oh fuck. And no more time travel. We're stuck here now. - I DO NOT LIKE WHERE THIS IS GOING. I foresee Takopi becoming a homicidal maniac all in an effort to make Shizuka happy. - I guess this is the original sin that the title speaks of. I wasn't too sure about this going in but this is really damn good. Heavy. But very well made. I would love to continue this with you. Though judging by the number of likes on this post and the fact that only one person other than me has commented, it doesn't seem to be too likely? 😕

2025-07-25 19:20:00 +0000 UTCAlright, I actually enjoyed this.. it gives me chills to realise at the end of episode two, that the only thing that brought a true smile into Shizuka's face, was the murder of her bully.. That's so dark, it gives me chills. I mean.. Yeah, Marina was a B, but does it justify murder? And how will such a happy creatire by nature, deal with the fact that he committed such a grave crime? Can it even be reconciled with his conscience? This is definitely getting interesting.
