ARITAS - Chapter One
Added 2018-09-17 14:53:39 +0000 UTCSo, I have been very absent lately as most of you have been able to tell. First and foremost, I am not done writing and I'm not going anywhere. I know that I've literally ghosted between Patreon and Twitter but I'm still here.
Actually, at this moment I'm packing for my upcoming move in a few days across the country. Kind of a new life starting sort of thing. It's why I've been so lax about posting on here lately, just a lot of life stuff that's been killing my creative flow.
So, in a few days I'll get re-situated again and once things calm down a bit I'm sure I'll go back to the place I was in before, posting all the time and getting stories out to you guys like you deserve. Trust me, I miss it too. You're not the only one feeling extrememly deprived. Now, life happens and we all know that but it doesn't mean you have to wait around for me. I understand if anyone that's a bit raw about this deal wants to leave with their patronage, I'll completely understand in fact.
Just know that this is only temporary. I'll always come back to writing. It's my heart.
Okay, so to make up for my lack of content I'll be including the first chapter of ARITAS with this. You can take it or leave it but at least it's something and it's pretty much the only new content I have right now. I'm really hoping to get back to Focus and Sweet Tooth again soon though because both of those stories definitely need to be finished. Lots of potential.
The other thing is that I'll be opening my Discord back up for anyone that would like to ask me questions or talk or whatever the hell for these next few days. I'm not sure when I'll be able to do another AMA, probably not until next month I'm guessing so I figured I could at least open up the channel for a few days and connect with y'all in a way I haven't in awhile. Honestly, I miss connecting with you guys!
So, there you go. Hope that answered some questions. Hope there aren't any bad feelings. I'll see everyone on the other side of this mess.

I completely understand what a pain it can be to move and to get things setup. I’ve had to do this plenty of times myself. Like jane’s comment, I was worried too. This first chapter is very intriguing. The idea of time travel has me wondering where this is headed, either it could go very good or end up very bad. I’m hooked. Loved the way you snuck Zoe and Jules into the story.
