patreon

Hey, look, it's a Patreon thing!

So why did I start YouTube again and do Patreon? Well to give you the short answer, my PC fried itself, my laptop is on its last legs, and due to my inability to get a job (and the fact that COVID-19 is happening,) I need a dependable way to get money. This is my last ditch effort to do so. Over the course of a decade on YouTube, Twitch, and whatnot, I earned about $10. I know exactly why, too. I've always focused on my own projects and school instead of trying to earn money. I didn't need to at the time, either. But now I absolutely have to, and I'm turning back to my old youtuber life and Twitch streaming. And I'm asking for your help. I deliberately set the tiers low, because if you do the math, we can get the first goal reached with only low amount of people.

I need at least $150 to attempt a fix at my desktop ($100 for a new GPU and $50 for a new PSU), and at least $60 to attempt a fix at my laptop ($60 for a new laptop screen) If we just focus on fixing the desktop, it would only take 15 people to chip in $10 to get that goal reached. It would take 30 people to chip $5 to get that goal reached, too.

The best part about Patreon is you don't necessarily need to pay each month. Sure, you don't get monthly benefits, but I set it up so you get permanent benefits too (Like discord roles, livestreams, project downloads and so on)

I completely understand if you're in a position where you can't support me. We're currently in an economic crisis, people are getting unemployed left and right, etc. The best thing you can do is share this around. I want to continue on making content for you guys, even if its in a state where I'm only doing it again for this reason. I swear to god, if I'm able to repair my PC again, I won't leave YouTube again.
