She's not totally done yet, and you only see about half-way up on the lower right hand image, but if I were to estimate, I'd say about 35 feet high from the arm bone to the bicep peak, and probably around 175 feet around if you were to measure the circumference of her arm. In Evangelion canon Asuka is about 4'10". She's a little more full grown in my continuity (about 5'6") so her biceps (at least in that scene) are roughly 6 and a half times taller than she is.
