"Thought I'd track my progress for you guys on here to watch my bulk. Always needed to gain some muscle and thought I should take you guys along too! As you can see the bulks already started. I found some crash diet on a website called grommr or something like that which is a website where a lot of people like me just bulk up and give each other tips! It's kinda weird but I love the help they've all given me. This one guy gave me a diet that only consists of burgers, pizzas, sodas, and cakes, which sounded weird (I know) but apparently because it's fast food fats they burn faster, resulting in a better bulk. So that sounds good to me! With that he's also given me a protein shake recipe filled with peanut butter (boosts metabolism), ice cream (dairy) and something called boost which is like a muscle gainer. Can already feel the effects so I can't wait to see what it does!"
Week 2 Insta caption:
"So this bulk is catching on a lot quicker than I thought haha! I feel a lot heavier and definitely feel like I've packed on a lot of mass. Massive shoutout to the guys on that grommr site for helping me so much! I feel great! I get to eat some of the most delicious foods, and my body already feels so much bigger! I tell you this cut feels great (though I'm kinda sad to say goodbye to all the foods) I drink three of those shakes a day and im practically eating all the time. Best part is I don't even need the gym! My body just processes it naturally, isn't that amazing? A couple of my friends have been sorta poking at me and saying im putting on weight but they're gonna be eating their own words soon! Anyway, time for my fourth shake...they're so good I decided I needed a fourth."
Week 3 insta caption:
"Haha so, I think im bulking on a lot more than I thought I would be...not that I'm complaining. I still feel great. It's just kinda getting in the way is all. I'm always craving fatty foods and now I drink like six of those shakes a day, they're just THAT good. Problem is, my clothes aren't really fitting anymore. I was at McDonald's the other day for my fourth bulk stuffing and my pants ripped around my crotch. I just decided to ignore it and keep on eating...I should invest in some sweatpants. Better be XL just to make sure. Everyone says I've gotten out of shape and I admit, I've been bulking for a while and ive definitely gotten a bit of a gut. But it's all apart of the gains! It's weird though, every time I start shoving food into my face...I get kinda hard? Is that supposed to happen? Let me know! Anyway, that's all for this week. I'm off to McDonald's! It's time for my fourth feed."
