Hi, a (super belated) happy new year!
Let us apologize again the huge delay on the reward delivery of the reward for November and December 2023.
In holiday period, our team had an intense discussion how we would deliver the reward for the last month as soon as possible and confirmed we would send all December reward by January 19.
We always held reward delivery until all regular photosets became available. But we change this practice this month so that you can receive even the part of your reward sooner as possible.
We will send your download link once one of the photoset becomes ready. Then add the next photoset to the link once it becomes available. That said you will receive multiple delivery emails this month. It might be a bit bothersome to you, but we'd like you to kindly understand.
Aside with working for the reward for December 2023, we also working for the reward for January 2024. We will soon post previews or artworks once they become ready.

Working on the rewards for two months in parallel will be definitely challenging. But we will do our best not to make you guys disappointed anymore.
