Added 2019-03-25 22:26:56 +0000 UTCI had a Jury Duty summons today, which means a lot of sitting around and trying desperately to fill the time. Here's what I've got for you this week:
- I'm jumping back in, tentatively, to making pages again! (see above) I'm remembering why these forced me to take a step back - their compositions are rather ambitious, complicated, and difficult. Woof!
- I'm waiting for one last coloring test, and then I'll be able to make a decision as to who I would like to move forward with coloring pages for the foreseeable future. I feel good about my choices, and the people who have really stepped up!
- When I finish writing this post for you, I'll be scheduling out all the filler content I've received, and updates on the site will resume their Tuesday/Thursday updates. I have about five weeks' worth of content, which should be plenty of time for me to both pick away at a buffer of pages, and also ease the new colorist into their position. I'll be starting them on the current backlog of pages on the website that remain in their flat-color stages.
- And if I manage all this today, I'll use the time I've got left to start Marie-Kondo-ing my closet. That's unrelated to comic work, but hey, that's a pretty ambitious task, too.
Slow and steady, guys. Thanks for sticking with me here.
