Vegetarian Cottage Pie - New Custom Recipe

Cottage Pie is a traditional dish in the the UK and Ireland, made with some kind of mince, stock and vegetables cooked together topped with mashed potatoes before being put in the oven to be baked until the top is crispy. The mince is usually beef (lamb being sheppard's pie rather than cottage pie) but this one is made with soya mince.
Notes:
- It has all three sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
- Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free!
- Optional EA potato, onion, carrot and any veg, SCCO any faux meat/tofu, and icemunmun leek (recipe can still be cooked without)
