It's been over 1.5 years and 650 commits since the last stable release of Octolapse.  At long last, I've gotten V0.4 out the door!

Feedback from the previous release was pretty good, but a few issues were found and fixed. Since I'm trying hard to get v0.4.0 out the door, I decided it was time to push up the bug fixes and keep pressing hard.  Each version has been more stable than the last, so I have a really good feeling that V0.4.0rc1 will drop in the next week or two...
