  Species: Tongquin Cat
  Affiliation: Any convenient local crime lord, often switches loyalties for survival
  Nationality: Vietnamese (raised primarily in Gropesville, NY)
  Role: Hired underling
  Skills: Nimble, has a knack for slipping and dodging danger. Excels in talking his way out of trouble, and is deft in the pickpocketing and other thievery appreciable to his bosses. Most peeps can't pull off as sick of a slide-kick as he can, he just needs a few moments to do it.
  Personality: Born to a mixed Siamese-Burmese feline family in Vietnam and raised in Gropesville, NY, Jai grew up romanticizing the cunning thieves of his rough district. Starting as a small-time courier for local gangs, he graduated to more direct involvement soon after.
  
  His charms and knack for deception made him a natural fit for the underworld, though his inability to stay loyal to one group earned him a reputation as useful but flighty. Jai exudes bravado in crowds, when he believes he's a part of something greater. A skilled trickster, he prefers deception over direct conflict. While he often laments his misfortunes, he rarely takes responsibility for the choices that lead him there.
