Version 0.1.4 highlights and future plans.

Highlights!

The big push for this build was to introduce Trans characters and to add more customization. Female and trans character's breast sizes can be changed. Hair styles are now swappable and there are more styles to choose from.

A note about quality:

My goal with these last few builds was to get in place the characters and interactions I promised at the start of the campaign. With this build all of those have been added.  But... I know things have gotten quite rough around the edges.

With the footprint of gameplay in place I'll be working on bringing the quality up to a higher level. Here's how!

Characters:

Genisis 8 characters from Daz3d are notoriously difficult to make work in game engines let alone VR, even more so with multiple figures in the scene. That's why you don't see them much yet. Several exciting improvements in exporting, importing, rigging and sub dividing, are being developed by multiple groups. I'm keeping an eye on and testing all of them I can.

Animations: 

GroupNaughtyVR has been approved by Ikinema to begin development using there IK rigging system. This will significantly increase the quality of characters interactions with each other and their environment. It will also speed up implementing new positions.

Once the improved animations are lining things up better I will be adding better animated body parts for more realistic penetrations.

Lighting:

Once things are looking and interacting better we can shed some light on the subject and get them out of the dark. The Hot Spring level is dark to hide many of the issues with the models and animations. Once these are fixed I plan on brighter scenes so you can better see what's going on.

Facial expressions and sound:

I know this is important. In my mind they kind of go hand in hand. This is being worked on.

Optimization:

I'm continuing to balance being able to get as many characters into the scene as possible and maintaining a decent frame rate and decent lighting. This will take a combination of programming, game settings, improvements in graphic cards and VR technology in general.

I can then add in a lot more detail and complexity into the scenes.

Implementation:

While working on all of these improvements in the back ground I plan on rolling out new characters and features on a regular bases to keep the content new and fresh.

Other fun stuff coming:

More body morphs, tan lines, makeup, tattoos, jewelry.
