Thanks for the message this morning. I didn't realize I needed to turn it on. Still here for 90 days anyway. Loved this behind the scene. Like the song itself, it had surprisingly little verbal sequences in it, yet the message they wanted to convey came through loud and clear.. So, so glad to be back.

Hello, SH! I guess you’ve received lots of comments on Steve Vai’s respected position as an influential musician with recommendations of performances that show his guitar mastery... Therefore, I’ll only add that he is also very entertaining to watch playing and I think some interesting videos for a possible future reaction (in case you’re interested) would be the following: - A relatively recent music video of the song ‘Teeth of the Hydra’, where he plays his bespoke three-headed string instrument called ‘The Hydra’ 🤯: www.youtube.com/watch?v=46qjDJ0lLdE (there is also a short BTS video presenting the instrument itself called ‘The Hydra: presented by Steve Vai and Ibanez); - An older live performance of the bluesy song ‘Tender Surrender’, where we can see his very performative and funny personality even when multitasking on a ‘regular’ electric guitar 🤯: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yw74sDWPH7U

Really enjoyed this behind this BTS. As others have said, it's hard to imagine the time that goes into making a video like this. As you said, they seem really chill -- quite a contrast to the intensity of the piece itself. I'm still trying to find the words for my (very positive) experience of watching the video. I need to watch your reaction again! Thank you both for your amazing reaction on YouTube and for sharing this on Patreon, Sir Hairless!

Haha when the first ever banana cake was baked, I bet they never knew that, one day, it would be baked as a means to avoid writing down a lot about Polyphia's 'Ego Death' 😂 Enjoy! 🍌 🍰

I loved watching this BTS with you after rewatching your reaction to Ego Death three times in a row 😅 Thank you very much for bringing Polyphia to channel again, Sir! 🙏🤟🙏 Now, confession time: this kind of video triggers hyperactivation of my hyperactivity to the point that I get overwhelmed by so many ideas/info that cross my mind and I want to share but I know it can be too much… 👀 Therefore, to avoid writing down everything that is going on in my mind right now, I’ll first bake a banana cake 🧁 and later I’ll be back to write a new comment after I (hopefully) manage to calm down a bit and filter some of that info I want to share related to this music video, Steve Vai etc 😊 You’re the best, Sir Hairless! 💯

Very interesting to see the behind the scenes of Ego Death!🎥🎵 I can't imagine the amount of work that goes into making a video like this and what it takes from composing to performing a song with this complexity!🤯 My brain is still recovering from ''The Making of Playing God''!😂🎸 Thank you so much for sharing this on your Patreon and for your amazing analysis of Ego Death🙏❤️

Thank you for sharing this! One can only imagine the time spent just getting ready, makeup, hair and all that. And then filming, however many times they have to perform with different sequences etc. in order to be pleased with the final product. Enjoyed the music playing during the sunset scene, lovely!
